As a kind of medical grade paper-plastic bag, our PE window pouch is also widely used in low-risk medical consumables packaging, like infusion tubes, nutrition tubes, urine bags, vaginal speculum, sterile cotton swab etc. The pouch is conposed of medical grade dialysis paper + pure polyethylene film.
Our dialysis paper bag machine heats the dialysis paper sheets to a temperature of 200°C and then presses them onto the PE bag with perforated holes. Since the PE material is not resistant to high temperatures, this temperature is sufficient to ensure that the dialysis paper sheets are firmly attached to the PE bag and will not come off during transportation.
The most commonly used sizes of dialysis paper at present are 28*28mm, 30*30mm, and 35*35mm, which can also be customized according to customer’s requirements. We can ensure an size tolerance within ±2mm.
