Medical Waste Biohazard Bag

Medical waste biohazard bags are single-use collection bags used to segregate and transport
infectious, biohazardous and general medical waste. Colour-coded walls and pre-printed biohazard
markings support waste segregation protocols in hospitals, clinics, laboratories and dental
practices.

Available in LDPE, HDPE and PP, with wall thickness from 30 to 100 microns and sizes from
300 x 400 mm up to 950 x 1250 mm. Standard colours follow the medical waste code: yellow for
infectious waste, red for biohazard waste and black for general medical waste. Seal styles
include flat, drawstring and self-adhesive. Heat resistance reaches 121 C for PE and 135 C for
PP, supporting autoclave and high-temperature handling. Printing is available with the biohazard
symbol and warning text in up to three flexographic colours.

Production is carried out in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom, with ISO 9001, and ISO 11607
compliant manufacturing. Shelf life is 36 months from the date of manufacture. Custom sizes,
thicknesses, colours and logo printing are available, and samples can be supplied for evaluation.
