Sterilization Process
1. Place the plasma sterilization indicator strip at the center of the standard test package or the item itself, with the end of the card marked with the indicator facing down. Put it in the middle of the item package or in the area that is the most difficult to sterilize.
2. According to the routine of sterilization operations, after a sterilization cycle under a temperature of 50°C – 60°C, with a concentration of 60% hydrogen peroxide solution at 2.3mg/L, the color block of the indicator card changes from green to yellow, which indicates that the sterilization package has undergone sterilization treatment; if the color change of the indicator card is uneven or there is no color change, it indicates that this package has not undergone sterilization treatment.
Notes for Attention
The indicator strips must not come into contact with acidic or alkaline substances during storage and use.
Avoid moisture (relative humidity should be less than 50%), store away from light, and protect from ultraviolet fluorescent lamps and sunlight.
Store in a dark place, at room temperature, with ventilation, in a dry environment, and sealed.
